Beautiful extended 5 bedroom bungalow in quiet village at the end of a cul de sac.

I am renting out the 2 bedrooms upstairs (Dormer Extension).
I have 1 x very large double furnished room with double bed, private shower & TV in the bedroom (TAKEN) &
1 x double furnished bedroom with double bed (AVAILABLE £500pcm).
There is a private bathroom and sitting area with kitchenette upstairs which is solely for the two lodgers, this is all up for rent Monday to Friday only. Downstairs is solely used by the owner & family.
The bathroom upstairs consists of WC, Shower, Sink and Bidet. There is a kitchenette in the sitting area upstairs, which is only used by lodgers, so you have your own space upstairs solely. There is a kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, sink and utensils etc. The sitting room has a TV with free-view channels. You have use of the WiFi in the house. There is parking directly outside the front of the house on the roadside, the road is very quiet.
The owners live with their 2 young children and has a cockerpoo dog. The owners parents live next door in a 1 bedroom bungalow annex which has its own separate entrances.
There are shops locally and local friendly village pub at the end of the road that serves food. There is easy access to Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.
