Double bedroom in large modern 4-bed house

Double bedroom with built in wardrobe and double bed (£500pcm).

Alternatively there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and built in double wardrobe available, £135/wk or can be paid monthly if you prefer (£600pcm)..

Shared use of kitchen/breakfast/dining room, cloakroom, utility room and large garden with several patios, seating/BBQ areas and fruit trees. There is parking on the road or a large free public car park by the gym (1 minute walk).

All utility bills (gas, electric, water) and council tax band H are included.

We try to keep the house immaculately clean and tidy. Shoes are removed at the door, dishes are washed and put away, worktops cleaned immediately after use, etc. Please only get in touch if you are comfortable with this and like to be clean and tidy.

PS.... we're often away or back and forth intermittently, sometimes in a remote part of Cumbria without a mobile signal. I can almost always pick up WiFi Internet so please make contact via spareroom first. Voicemails/SMS often don't get passed on! WhatsApp is fine.

One month deposit is required, refundable if things are left in the same condition at the end of your stay.
