In return have a cleaner who comes once a week , paid for. The room comes furnished with your own bed, bed side cabinet, wardrobe, mirror & airer. The successful tenant will have private access to the main bathroom which has a decent size bath and a shower. Apart from the below you have shared access.
Shared lounge, kitchen (big) with breakfast bar, dining room , cloakroom (small), utility room with washing facilities and garden with decking, seating/BBQ areas. There is parking for up to 2 cars on the drive..
Big 4k Tv is available to use with all channels in shared lounge. All utility bills (electricity, gas, council and water) & internet are included. . Crockery, cleaning, cutlery, pans, iron etc are provided, hygiene/consumables are not provided.
Thrapston is a small town with easy access to A14 & 8 miles from Kettering. It has a number of shops, takeaways pubs & a Leisure centre. Thrapston gym/pool/leisure centre is a few minutes walk just across the green.
