The property is a town house. You will have the middle floor to yourself. This consists of a double room, main bathroom and spacious lounge.
There is access to a shared kitchen, which includes a washing machine.
WiFi is available, parking on the road and access to a garden.
The room is available to rent Monday to Friday only.
The rent includes all bills.
£500 is required as a deposit, which is refundable if the room/rented area is in the same condition at the end of your stay.
Room is furnished with a double bed, with drawers, desk and wardrobe. You will be required to provide your own towels and bedding.
The house is kept clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who is able to maintain the same level of cleanliness.
The property is located close to local amenities which includes walking trails, shops and pubs. It is also located close to the A14 and ten minutes drive from Rushden Lakes.
