The house will fitted with its own broadband line providing 100 meg upload and download ‘guaranteed’ to each room giving you unprecedented access to the Net for all your requirements.
There is a large communal sitting room and dinning area for you to relax and chat with your house mates, separate kitchen and utility with ample white goods. There are beautiful gardens with wonderful views to enjoy for either a barbecue or just to sit and take in.

For those green fingered of you there are extensive vegetable gardens to the rear of the property that you grow your own fruit and veg.

All bills is included and the communal areas are cleaned twice a month, with the option of individual room clean for an extra charge.
