For the rent, you will have two private rooms plus your own private bathroom:

• Room 2: An additional private room ideal as your own living room, office or chill-out space
• Private bathroom for your sole use

Essentially, you’ll have your own self-contained space within the home, which suits someone who values both comfort and privacy.

I enjoy a sociable chat but also fully respect personal space. I work full-time, keep a clean and organised home, and I’m looking for someone who does the same. The vibe is relaxed, grown-up and drama-free.

I’m a non-smoker and I’m looking for a non-smoker only. Occasional guests are fine, but this isn’t a party house — it’s a place to properly live, rest and feel at home.
