Looking for a tidy person who cleans after themselves, respects boundaries and is easy to get along with. No addictions or heavy drinkers please.

I have a 10yr old daughter who visits 1-2 per week hence preference is for a female flatmate.

Bathroom, kitchen and the living room are all shared.

Available for viewings most days 7am-8pm but can also do evenings and weekends.

I do have a ragdoll cat so be aware in case you are allegric.
