Looking for a quiet tenant for a spare room in a bright, clean and peaceful house in Wellingborough.
Double room is 3m x 4m
You'll have one housemate who is currently occupying the second double room in the house, I myself commute between here and London so mostly will not be around. I like things to be clean and tidy, and have recently renovated most spaces in the house, so am looking for someone who will maintain the standard the house is in and treat the space with care.

Largely residential area with kind and calm neighbours. Though the house doesn't have its own driveway, offroad parking is free. A Sainsburys (plus Argos/charity shop) are a 7 minute walk at the end of the road on one side, and on the other there is a park, Tesco Express, and Bannatyne's gym is also just a 10 min walk away.
