We are delighted to share with you this beautiful property, split into three suites.

The flats have recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard. Each room has been beautifully designed and uniquely finished to a very high quality. The house in a great location and is only a stones throw away from Wellingborough town centre and the bus station, with the train station not far away either. There is also great connections onto the A45 to access the surrounding areas.

All rooms come complete with an en-suite, fully furnished (incl a desk in every room), their own 4K smart flat screen TV and lift up ottoman bed! The rooms have been designed with comfort in mind, taking into account how living needs has changed over the past few years.

There is a large living area with comfy sofas, chairs and a large Flat screen TV for socialising with fellow house mates. This area also leads out to a small rear garden, perfect for those summer days.

The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: Hob and Oven, Microwave, a large fridge freezer. The kitchen also comes fully finished with cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use.

One simple ALL INCLUSIVE monthly fee covers:

3. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Individual room cleaning can be arranged at extra cost),

Upfront monies:

One months rent
£500 deposit

To secure the property you will be asked to pay a one week holding deposit. Once paid this amount will be deducted off your Upfront Monies. The holding deposit is non refundable if:

1) You decide to no longer proceed with the rental application
2) Information in your rental application is false and inaccurate
