THE PROPERTY 🏡
Each space of this property has been beautifully designed and uniquely finished to a very high quality with bespoke furniture designed around the needs and desires of you, The property is in a great location on one of the most prestigious roads in the area.

Each space comes complete with an en-suite, fully custom built furniture, your own 4K smart flat screen TV, lift up ottoman bed and personal coffee station! The space has been designed with comfort in mind, taking into account how living needs has changed over the past few years.

There is a large co-living area which even includes your own home gym! Complete with cycle bike and running machine as well as a large Flat screen TV for socialising with fellow house mates. This area also leads out to a rear garden, perfect for those summer days.

The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you need and includes: 2 Hobs and 2 Ovens, large full American fridge-freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer! The kitchen comes fully finished with cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use. When we say you could move in with a suitcase, we really mean it!

It is only a stones throw away from Wellingborough town centre and the bus station, with the train station not far away either. There is also great connections onto the A45 to access the surrounding areas. Parking on the road is freely available.

The rooms come complete with beautiful and spacious en-suites tiled floor to ceiling with large showers and beautifully designed vanity units. It also comes fully furnished with large custom made wardrobes and plenty of storage (incl lift up ottoman beds), your own 4K Smart flat screen TV as well as a built in fridge. You have your own person coffee station which can come equipped with a variety of small appliances (optional extra).

One simple ALL INCLUSIVE monthly fee covers:

1. ALL UTILITY BILLS (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Broadband/Wi-Fi)
2. All brand-new fittings, furniture, artworks and appliances (linen and personal appliance pack is optional)
3. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Individual room cleaning can be arranged directly with the team),
4. A gardener (monthly maintenance of the external of the property),

THE LOCATION 📍
The property is very close to Wellingborough with the town centre only a short walk away! There are plenty of large supermarkets and retail parks within a short walk. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.

There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by. Wellingborough Train Station is a 14 minute walk away where there are regular trains to London in the South and Birmingham to the North.

DEPOSIT & REFERENCING 🔍
The holding deposit for all the rooms is £100. This is the commitment we ask of you to take the room off the market, to ensure you get the room you want and start the process of referencing. The holding deposit forms part of the actual deposit of £500 due if you pass referencing.

The holding deposit is non refundable if:

1) You decide to no longer proceed with the rental application
2) Information provided by you in your rental application is false and inaccurate

All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.

Application forms after viewing must be completed by all applicants.

References are required for the property.
