The house is a 9-minute walk to Wellingborough town centre with lots of shops, Gyms, Post office, etc, and a 17-minute drive to Northampton town centre and the University of Northampton. There are regular buses (X48) to Northampton from Wellingborough. Also, there are regular trains to London, Bedford, Luton Airport, Kettering/Corby, etc. from Wellingborough train station. Please note that the property benefits from on-street parking if you drive. The rate is £450/month (small double room) and £550/month (double room). All bills are inclusive of the rent.
