Furnished ensuite double room available in a 3 bed house on a pleasant, quiet street - nice area of Wellingborough, 5 mins walk from train station, 3 mins walk to Castlefield park and 10 mins walk to the centre.

Ensuite built recently. The room has a king size bed, side table with lamp, a desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedding provided if needed.

South facing and on third floor, so it gets quite a lot of sun.

Please note the stairs to the room are quite steep and narrow (see pics), this room may not be suitable for larger people.

We're all friendly, respectful and clean people. We like to keep a peaceful environment in the house, so please only enquire if you are someone who also values this. :-)

I live elsewhere for work most of the time, back just on the occasional weekends so you should feel there is plenty of space in the house.

Comfortable shared living space - sofa, dining table, tv. Parking on street available with permit.

Room is £165 per week (£715 per month) which includes all bills, wifi and council tax. Moving in date can be anytime from 4th October onwards.

Sorry no pets. Single occupancy only.

A previous landlord and/or work reference is required, as well as deposit and first month rent before moving in. Rolling 1 month lodger agreement.
