This is a quiet, clean, and respectful home. I am a live-in landlord (working professional), looking for a reliable, clean, and quiet single person.

Please note: The living room and garden are part of the landlord's private zone. However, I am happy to offer occasional shared access to these spaces when I am at work, not training, or not using them for my own private matters.

The kitchen is fully available for cooking. Meals can be enjoyed in your private room or in the shared spaces by arrangement.

Strictly no smoking inside the house, no pets, and no overnight guests.

Requirements:

Rent: £760 per month (All bills included).

Deposit: £750.

References, proof of employment (payslips), and ID check/Right to Rent required.
