A beautiful renovated self-contained annex with its own access in West Haddon in Northamptonshire in the grounds of a Victorian 1840’s house which was originally the merchants house in the village just 3 miles from the M1 and 7 miles from Rugby. The annex consists of a double bedroom with a double bed, your own separate lounge, ensuite shower room and your own kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, washing machine, double oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The annex includes sky and internet service. Most bills are included. The annex also has it’s own outside area with a table and chairs. The village of West Haddon is steeped in history, has the most beautiful countryside and walks and there are three pubs who all serve food The Pytchley Hotel, The Crown Inn and The Sheaf. There is also a Londis grocery shop, barber and beauty shop in the village of West Haddon.
