I have a double room available in my two bedroom, first floor flat.

The flat is located in NN3, near

Northampton College and 5 minutes from the Weston Favell Shopping Centre. It is 10 minutes drive to the town centre and train station with direct links to London Euston and Birmingham. It is also 5 minutes drive to 3 large supermarkets and 10 minutes drive to the M1.

The flat is modern, fully furnished and kept in a very clean and tidy condition. It has one shared bathroom and one en-suite. As I use the en-suite you will have the other bathroom to yourself. The room has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side table. There is a living room with television, a sofa & dining table. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine.

The ideal flatmate would need to be a working professional , clean and organised and able to help out with the cleaning duties around the flat.
