Hi, I have a double bedroom, study and private bathroom to let to a mature professional female. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is within walking distance of weston favell shopping centre and Northampton College. The A45 and A43 are easily accessible. Town centre is only five minutes by car or there is a bus every 15 minutes. Facilities include off road parking, wi-fi, linen, all utilities (excluding phone calls), and TV with free-sat. you will have use of lounge and fully equiped modern kitchen, including use of cutlery, crockery, utensils, etc. The bedroom and study are nicely decorated and carpeted. They are furnished, both have a lovely outlook onto woodlands. The study is ideal for anyone who wishes to work from home, The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. I'm looking to let to a quiet, tidy professional lady, non smoker, non/light drinker, who is ok with cats, as I have one. I'm easy to get on with, like gardening and going out for meals with friends.
