I have a garage conversion for rent - the garage is in a new build estate. The garage is separate from my house but the entrance is through the back garden - private entrance.
The property has a shower and a toilet as well as a cooker and a fridge. There is no wardrobe but I can provide a clothes rail. There is a washing machine and a tumble drier in the shed if required.
I am looking for a professional and reliable person - male or female who is clean and tidy. The place is small so would suit someone who works and doesn't spend much time there and just needs a base I guess. There is parking on the driveway.
Bills and internet will be included and am open to Mon - Friday let or short term let - would just ask that people are clear on their plan when they move in so I can make necessary arrangements.
I live in the main house with my two year old son and I work full time.
