Single room available Alnwick

Single room available in a lovely house in Alnwick. Looking for a female lodger preferably. I have a dog so any lodger must like dogs. My dog isn't used to too many visitors so may take some getting used to a new lodger. However, she's very friendly and loves people. She is an early riser! (Approx 6.30/7am)

I work from home so this house won't suit another home worker though it may be possible to make it work if you only need home working occasionally. It won't suit a student due to a lack of space to study.

The room has a single bed, small wardrobe, a bedside table and a set of drawers. There is not room for a desk in the room. The room is small.


Additional storage is available in the garage if needed.

Patio doors lead to a lovely garden area. A bbq is available.

No parking available but street parking is available a minute walk away.

Live in landlord.

Bills included (including broadband, council tax and a basic Sky TV package). Due to gas/elec price increases, if usage is excessive I may have to rethink whether bills are included. Like most people, it won't be financially possible to have the heating on constantly.

Lodger must be a non smoker/non vaper and must be respectful of the property.

Please let me know a bit about yourself when responding as I probably won't reply if you just say 'I'm interested!' This is my home and I want to live with the right person. Lots of people who responded last time were looking for property in Newcastle. Please note Alnwick is approx 1 hour drive from Newcastle so probably not an ideal commute.
