There is a large bathroom upstairs with an overhead shower and a heat pump condenser dryer downstairs. It's connected to the mains drainage for convenience (means you don't have to empty the draw every time).

Plenty of free on street parking in the close/cul de sac.

There is a safety lock on your bedroom door for peace of mind as well.

Young professionals or students welcomed. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate pets, couples or UC/DHP. Smokers considered.
