Small double room including bed, desk, drawers and built in cupboard, window looks out to a lovely garden. This doesn't have an ensuite, however it does have a bathroom directly opposite which is not used by the rest of the household

The house is a very large detached bungalow surrounded by beautiful countryside, 15mins to Berwick Upon Tweed, 25mins to Kelso.

I have dogs, but they do not roam around the house, so they would not bother you.

Contractors welcome.

3 other professionals live here however due to work and hobbies/interests, the house is very quiet and rarely people around

A car is essential as there is no public transport
