We have a lovely room available in a 2 bedroom barn conversion, situated on the edge of a quiet village, although only about 10 mins away from the market town of Morpeth, we are on a bus route. The property is adjoining the main house and will be shared with another lodger, who has been staying here for the last 4 years.
There is a large lounge, kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker washer dryer, not forgetting an air fryer, also downstairs WC.
Upstairs is a large double bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside tables, along with a shared bathroom, with a separate shower.
The preference is for someone to stay Mon-Fri, but would definitely consider full time for the right person, but the rent would have to reflect that.
