It is two minutes walk to the bus station and six to the train station with the commute to Newcastle easily accessible. A new leisure centre with gym spa and pool is 2 minutes walk away.
Parking off road and lovely garden for sitting in, if the weather ever warms up!
The house has just undergone a full renovation and everything is brand new.
All bedding and towels, individual bath mats are supplied and laundered weekly.
Smoking must be done outside, if you are a smoker. No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
The bed is a double and the room Is fully furnished with a wall mounted smart television, Netflix, prime TV etc and super fast broadband too. There is a bathroom with power shower, adjacent to your room.
Shared use of the kitchen /lounge and all utensils provided, as is a dishwasher.
Ideally this would suit a professional / contractor who travels away home at the weekend as it is a strictly MONDAY TO FRIDAY let only.
There is a cleaner once a week and no pets at the house as I’m unfortunately asthmatic and allergic to animal fur.
