Monday to Friday let only - no weekends during the entire let- a home from home.
An immaculate modern, very well located terraced house in the centre of Morpeth. Everything you need is in walking distance. It is two minutes walk to the bus station and six to the train station with the commute to Newcastle easily accessible. A new leisure centre with gym spa and pool is 2 minutes walk away.
Parking off road and lovely garden for sitting in, if the weather ever warms up!
The house has just undergone a full renovation and everything is brand new.
All bedding and towels, individual bath mats are supplied and laundered weekly.
Smoking must be done outside, if you are a smoker. No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
The bed is a double and the room Is fully furnished with a wall mounted smart television, Netflix, prime TV etc and super fast broadband too. There is a bathroom with power shower, adjacent to your room.
Shared use of the kitchen /lounge and all utensils provided, as is a dishwasher.
Ideally this would suit a professional / contractor who travels away home at the weekend as it is a strictly MONDAY TO FRIDAY let only.
There is a cleaner once a week and no pets at the house as I’m unfortunately asthmatic and allergic to animal fur.
