I have a room available to rent in my home, in Newbiggin by the sea. Seafront location, off street parking.
I’m open to pets but would consider this at the time.
I work away and travel frequently so you would have sole occupancy for 2-3 weeks in every month.
Perhaps a 6 month initial arrangement to make sure it suits all parties and if it works well, I’d be happy to extend.
It really is a lovely home so would like to have it lived in some more.
