I live alone and am looking for a lodger to earn a bit extra income. I am a professional working from home but I'm away every 2 to 3 weekends. I enjoy weight training, cycling, reading and gardening. I also love a few drinks in the pub, football or a live gig. I am easy going and friendly.

Large double en-suite room with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is storage space that can be used in the garage and shed if required. Free use of the BBQ hut and gym. Gym is in garage with punchbag, bench, situp bench, pullup station, multi gym, exercise bike, barbells and dumbells. Private garden at the back of the house with decking and garden furniture.

Back garden attracts birds, squirrels and bats.

Very quiet cul-de-sac.

All bills included. Shared living room, kitchen and dining room.

Must be clean, tidy and respectful.

Prudhoe castle is a ten minute walk through the woods.

Supermarket, cafes etc. 10 minute walk away.

Bus stop 10 minute walk which takes you to Newcastle or Hexham. Prudhoe train station 25 minute walk away.
