I have a double room available in my flat for the summer. I'll be working from home occasionally but planning to be away as much as possible over summer so you'll likely have the place to yourself a fair bit.

I've been renovating this flat myself for the past 2 years so the available room, bathroom and hallway are newly renovated.

I'm generally a quiet and laid back person who keeps to myself. However I think the odd chat over a cup of tea is important.

The room itself is bright with a healthy dose of sun during the day. It's quiet and has a lovely green view of the gardens and railway. It comes with a comfy queen sized bed, desk, chair and some storage. There's also a sunny garden which is available to sit and chill in.

Located on a quiet one way street near the bridges in West end Tweedmouth. About 1min walk to the new bridge, 2min to the river, 10min to Bridgestreet, 15min to Tesco or ASDA, 25min to Train.
