Bright and calm double room by Berwick bridges

The room

I have a double room available in my flat for the rest of 2026 with all bills included.

The room is spacious and has large windows with a healthy dose of sun during the day and sunset in evening. It's newly renovated, quiet, garden facing with a view of green and the railway bridge. Comes with a comfy double bed, desk, chair and some storage.

Shared spaces includes the kitchen which has fridge, freezer and cupboard space, washing machine, bathroom with bath and shower. There's also a garden which is available to sit and chill in the sun. Fresh bedding, loo roll and detergent is provided.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm generally a quiet and laid back person who keeps to myself but I appreciate the odd chat over a cup of tea. I'm respectful of your privacy and would ask the same of you. Located on a quiet one way street near the bridges in West end Tweedmouth. About 1min walk to the new bridge, 2min to the river, 10min to Bridgestreet, 15min to Tesco or ASDA, 25min to Train.
