Room in morpeth

I have two spare rooms but at the moment I'm only letting out one.

I live in a village, near to morpeth town.

The coast is close and the area is nice.

I have a nice sized garden, but some help looking after it would be appreciated!

There is an upstairs shared bathroom, and shower.

A shared living room and kitchen.

A downstairs toilet.

Broadband, use of the washing machine and all facilities are included in the bill.

I clean regularly so I like to think that the house is tidy, but you'll have to be the judge of that.

There is a firestick tv in the room so you can pretty much watch anything you can think of.
