Lovely, homely and double rooms available

Room 1, with TV in room

Hello, I am looking for flatmates and I have two double bedrooms to offer. 60 Baslow Drive is located a stone throw away from the David Ross Village and Wollaton Park. Perks are:

-Good sized garden
-Large kitchen; each room is allocated a large double, two-shelved cupboard for personal food storage.
-There are three under-counter fridge-freezers in the kitchen, one for each room. These are all clean and in good condition.
-Double glazed windows.
-Blackout blinds can be put in if requested.
-The TV in the living room is a 55 inch 4K Ultra HD HDR.
-There are 32 Inch Smart Full-HD TVs available for use in each room. Netflix and Amazon Video memberships are available at no extra cost.

I’m easy going and looking for the same in lodgers and I pledge to be accommodating within reason. For example, the rooms do not have an office desk available but should you want one, I will put one in right away. The bedding is brand new on both beds and one of the mattresses is also new.

I start work at 7am so will be out of your way early in the morning, typically finished with the bathroom by 6:30. I'm a clean individual and respectful of personal space.

I don't have a car so you can park yours on the drive if you wanted. There are spaces for 2 cars.

I do not have a pet of my own but would not be put off if you have a small pet like a cat that you wanted to bring with you, provided that any other existing occupant did not mind.
