The room is furnished with a smart TV and there is a cleaner every fortnight included in the rent. The house is in a quiet residential area with convenient links to the QMC, university and city centre. It is also ideally located for the A52 and M1. 20 minutes to Derby City centre and 20 to Nottingham City Centre.
We are looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful of the accommodation on offer. We are two working professionals in our 30s that have lived in the area for over 5 years so are happy to share any insights on the local community and area.
