We have a large attic living space for rent Monday to Friday. There is a private lounge and ensuite shower room as shown in the photos.
The room is furnished with a smart TV and there is a cleaner every fortnight included in the rent. The house is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to Boots, the university, and convenient links to the QMC, and city centre. It is also ideally located for the A52 and M1. 20 minutes to Derby City centre and 20 to Nottingham City Centre. Parking is available on the street outside the property.
We are looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful of the accommodation on offer. We are two working professionals in our 30s that have lived in the area for over 6 years so are happy to share any insights on the local community and area. There is also a small hypoallergenic dog.
