My room is upstairs and the rooms available for rent is the master bedroom (also upstairs) and 2 double rooms on the ground floor, which has a separate toilet and shower.
I am a live-out landlord, hardly ever at the house as I live and work away from Beeston. I may just pop in from time to time but can give you notice if required.
