The property is situated 10 minutes out of Beeston city centre in a quiet part of chilwell. Excellent public transport , plenty local shops and only a ten minute tram ride from the University of Nottingham . We have a Marina , Attenborough nature reserve and also a lovely garden centre all with in walking distance . I do have a cat so you must be animal friendly nevertheless the house is very clean . It is only myself here but I do work so it will always be peaceful (apart from some music for the soul on the odd occasion.) I am a mother of grown up children so I appreciate your comfort and safety ❤️
