The property is situated 10 minutes out of Beeston city centre in a quiet part of chilwell. Excellent public transport , plenty local shops and only a 5 minute tram ride from the University of Nottingham . We have a Marina , Attenborough nature reserve and also a lovely garden centre all with in walking distance . I do have a cat so you must be animal friendly nevertheless the house is very clean . It is and my profson who is 24. II do work so it will always be peaceful (apart from some music for the soul on the odd occasion.) I am a mother of grown up children so I appreciate your comfort and safety ❤️
My 22 year old son is home from. University he's polite, hardworking and relaxed. Alot like me ❤️
