Double Room now available in my lovely house in Beeston. 5 minutes walk from Attenborough nature reserve, 5 minutes walk from Boots HQ, 10-15mins walk into Beeston Centre and 2 mins from Beeston train station (about 5 minutes to city centre on train).

The room has recently been rennovated, the pictures up aren't great currently as I asked the current tenant to take them as I'm away so I'll try get some better photos when I'm home. I was planning to put a TV and soundbar on the exposed brick fireplace but the previous tenant didn't want one so I didn't bother. I am also planning to update the desk to something a bit nicer.

Bills are all included, this includes a Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus membership in the living room. Premium 55" OLED television with 9.1 surround sound (room is other side of the house and respectful use of the home cinema system is essential).

Kitchen is newly fitted and has two ovens, microwave, two fridge freezers a dryer and a washing machine, programmable filter coffee machine.

Garden has an digitally controlled smoker/bbq which can do anything from flame grilling, woodfired pizza or overnight smoke of a Brisket. Garden has outdoor seating and is maintained over summer with flowers, proper sun trap!

We're a sociable bunch but also like our own space, I'm a live in landlord who is an Engineer in Derby, Jonny is a full time musician and Boris works at the post office. My girlfriend is intending on moving in in the near future and would prefer a female housemate but this isn't essential.
