We are looking for easy going young professionals in the near vicinity, who have shared a house before and know how to keep communal areas clean and tidy, as well as respecting the neighbours and each other.

Note that we have a cat. He is very clean and is unable to bring back any small animals due to a one-way catflap we have here. Like most cats he spends most of his time asleep or outside and is affectionate on his own terms - generally sit still and he will come to you.
