The house is in a great central location and a 5 minute walk from Beeston town centre, Beeston interchange and Beeston train station.

Available to move in from 1 September 2026.

The house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen diner, living room with TV and shared bathroom.

The rent is inclusive of Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax & Internet.
On street parking is available.
Amenities include dishwasher and washing machine.

Both rooms have a bed, mattress and wardrobe however any other furniture needed can be requested.

You will be sharing with myself, a young professional who is working in between travelling who likes watching the football at weekend, going to the gym (occasionally), binging Netflix and going to the pub. I’m looking for someone likeminded, sociable, clean and friendly.
