I am looking for a housemate and I am offering a single bedroom to rent. The house will be shared only with myself and due to the nature of my job, I barely stay at home during weekdays so most of the time, you will have the entire house for yourself.

I'd like to highlight that my 2 daughters occasionally come to my house to spend the weekends and less frequently they come over on weekdays.

If you are a clean and responsible person, you are more than welcome to join me. Professional or Student, male or female, I have no preference.

Walking distance to University of Nottingham.

The double bedroom is fitted with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a single bed and an office desk.

About the House:
- 3 bedroom property.
- Large living room
- Dinning room with a TV and dinning table for 4-6 people
- 1 shared bathroom
- Kitchen with induction hob/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, under counter fridge and freezer and other small appliances.
- Back garden available to use.
