The house is located extremely close to the train station and a short ride to the City Centre.
The property is detached and is in a quiet and pleasant area with beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of green spaces close by and plenty of local shops /cafes/ supermarkets etc.
The House has a large kitchen/dining area which contains all mod cons including fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, oven with a 4 ring hob. Table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals.
There is parking with no restrictions on the road.
There is a large shed for bicycles.

Housemate:
You will be sharing with the home owner who is a professional female. I am very friendly, tidy and considerate.

Rate:
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi) and TV licence.
