Very nice modern student house with good sized bedrooms. Contains a nice back garden with good sized bedrooms. Also situated near a nice Lidl so good for weekly shopping. If you have a car you can park it outside the house. Very near the tram so good for going to lectures and back or anywhere else. The two other lads that rent this are very chill and open-minded. Also situated next to other student houses so it’s very easy to engage with others your age.
