Broadgate Park – Ensuite Studio Available for Tenancy Takeover

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite studio at Broadgate Park.

📍 Location:
Broadgate Park is located near the West Entrance of the University Park Campus. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the university and Beeston. There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation, and the tram stop is about 3–4 minutes’ walk away, making transport very convenient.

🛍️ Nearby amenities:
There are many supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op. There are also Asian supermarkets such as Oriental Mart and other Chinese supermarkets. In addition, there are several butcher shops, seafood shops, a large cinema, and many well-known restaurants in Nottingham nearby.

🏠 Room type:
The room is an ensuite studio, with a private bathroom and private kitchen. It is located on the third floor with good natural light. The room is in a quieter inner area of the accommodation, offering good privacy and ventilation. As Broadgate Park works closely with the university, the security is reliable and the staff are helpful. The facilities are complete and well maintained.

🕙 Tenancy period:
From 4 June 2026 to early September 2026. The dates are negotiable.

💰 Rent:
Original price: £225 per week
Now: £170 per week, slightly negotiable.

This will be an official tenancy takeover through the accommodation office. No private move-in. The replacement tenant will need to complete the official process with Broadgate Park.
