Looking for someone to take over my accommodation contract at Broadgate Park, University of Nottingham, for the 2026/2027 academic year.

. Shared Bathroom and Kitchen facilities.
. £155/week with a 44-week contract from 18/09/2026 to 23/07/2027. Total of £6820.00 for the period.
. £250 deposit
. All bills included, including internet.
. Communal areas cleaned weekly and onsite launderette.
. Guaranteed University accommodation at Broadgate Park.
I am no longer planning to live in Nottingham next year due to a change in personal circumstances so I am looking for someone who still needs accommodation.
