URGENT! - Student Room Replacement Needed

Urgent! I really need someone to replace me in my room.
It's a room in Broadgate Park that's self-catered, a 5 minute walk from the University of Nottingham, clean and you get a weekly cleaner for your kitchen and toilet space, free and really fast WiFi, the reception is 24/7 with bike houses for storage, the only reason I am not staying here is because I'm planning to study abroad this year and just won't be in the room for 2/3 of the year. It's only one simple and easy step to save me from having to pay nearly 7000 for a room I won't use at all and it would be a lifesaver.
