I am looking for someone to fill my room in a privately rented 3 bedroom house after I have had to leave UoN. It is a nice first floor room with a double bed and an ensuite. The room comes furnished with a desk, double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The house is situated in the Beeston area in Nottingham close to main campus (about a mile) with good public transport connections to the centre of the city as well as local transport hubs. The house currently has two other occupants, who are great, and who both met through rowing at the university. One studies History and Politics and the other Architecture. Both are going into their 2nd year of university. The house has a large kitchen/diner fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, electric hob, oven, and plenty of storage for 3 people. The kitchen includes a dining table as well as a seating area. The house also has a garden and driveway. Rent is £125pw plus bills at £28pw. Please message if interested. Thanks.
