Looking for a lodger (I half live here)

Hi, I'm Hannah.

I'm looking for someone to live in the spare room short or mid-term. Some weeks I'll be staying at my partner's, so you'll often have the house to yourself. I'll be back sometimes for work or to see friends, but would let you know when that would be.

I like time by myself, but also like to chat with tea/food/tv. I make a lot of clutter, but would make sure to tidy up my things before I went away, and to share cleaning.

There's patches of decorating and odd-jobs that I'll do when I'm there, or will hire in a workman if something happens while I'm away. I need to update the living room and conservatory photos (I'm having a big clear-out at the moment so they're full of stuff, but will take photos once I'm done.)

At the moment there's a cat living here, he'll be moving to my partner's but there will still be fur around (just a warning in case you have an allergy). Happy for you to have a pet here, but let me know in advance.

The room is £650 with bills included. Couples considered, but bills would be higher.

And I don't have Early Bird access so might leave it a few days before answering.
