Available for let Monday - Friday only, suiting professionals who work in Nottingham and commute home for the weekend. Will consider occasional weekends at an extra cost when the job requires.

The room is furnished with a single bed, drawers, clothes rail, comfortable chair and also has an Ethernet point. The room has an en-suite shower room.

We have an eat-in-kitchen with all facilities for cooking, an additional sitting area, dining room and lounge. An enclosed rear garden with patio has bike storage.

The household includes myself, my teenage son and a female lodger. We are looking for a professional, non-smoker, with a good sense of humour.
