Semi detached house located in Calverton. Friendly and easy access to public transport. House located near 1 minute walk to coop, cash point, bus stop 2 convenience stores, a cafe and a take away. 7 minutes walk to Sainsbury’s and Calverton centre. Off road parking.
15 mins drive to city hospital, 25-30 mins drive into nottingham city centre, 25 mins to QMC. 20 mins to park and ride.

Public areas- kitchen comes with all equipment a big fridge/freezer which you can take own shelves, otherwise most kitchen stuff will free to use including butter/milk/bread etc. the kitchen has enough cupboards that you can use if like to use own things.
Laundry detergent, washing up liquids and towels again free to use.

The living room, has dining set, large tv that comes with full sky tv that including sky sports and BT sport. Amazon, Disney and Netflix all included.

The conservatory just providing enough space to hang round incase like own time or like to mix, exit is to a large garden.

The spare double room comes with a double bed and fully furnished. Beddings and bath towels will be available but welcome to use own. The room has wardrobes, chest of drawers and side table.

The bathroom will be shared with myself, shower and toilet.
There is a lot of spaces for storage should you fancy.
All public/shared areas will be cleaned by myself.

About me: I’m a full time psychology teacher, spend a lot of time at the gym, usually out by 5 in the morning to go and workout then go straight to work. Weekends and evenings sometimes workout, go out or stay in. Most welcome to mix with and do things together.
