Double room at £450. All bills included, inc Council Tax. Room is available now. 30 mins walk to/from Nottingham city centre and 3 mins walk from excellent bus routes with very frequent buses. It is owner-occupied but I have lived as a lodger and in shared houses for almost 20 years so know well the issues being a lodger can present and the joys a shared house can have.
House comprises of: Lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory which doubles up as a second dinning room/lounge/study, upstairs bathroom, outside 2nd toilet, big garden, shed with storage space including for bicycles. There's a parking space on the drive.
Double room is fully furnished (includes wardrobe and large chest of drawers not in photo).
I'm a young 48. I work part-time in research.
