Modern spacious kitchen/dining area great for entertaining with patio doors leading into a compact garden. 2 bathrooms one of which is a wet-room, both recently refurbished. The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. A separate fridge is provided for lodgers.

Nice quiet area with free on road parking available.

All utility bills as well as a contribution towards council tax are included

Age limits are dependent on people/ if you’d be a good fit for the house.

Please note; the family dog stays part time in the house, however in a separate space from main living areas. The house would not be suiable for those with allergies to Dogs.
