The house also has virgin business broadband which is unlimited and performance isn't affected if all tenants streaming at the same time.
I also have a couple of other properties in Carrington and Sherwood with available rooms as well. Room prices are inclusive of all bills, council tax bands A and B, water, gas, electric, wifi.
