Double room in beautiful Victorian property

About us:

You'll be living with 4 others, 2 x male and 2 x females. We are a mixture of young professionals looking for new housemates to join our friendly and relaxed shared house. We each have our own social circles, but open to spending time together occasionally at the weekends or in the evenings. We would like to find someone who is not only looking for a place to live, but a friendly group of people to live with. Due to the nature of our contract, we share responsibilities to keep the house in shape. So someone cooperative and willing to occasionally muck in is essential! We're also on a quiet street with nice neighbours and a short walk or bus ride to city centre or sherwood.

We're looking for the right people to move in and make a contribution to our group and our home, not just someone who can fill a room and pay rent.

The room is on the top floor, carpeted, very cosy and right next to the top floor bathroom. The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers and a cupboard.

The house is big and Victorian and a little rough around the edges. We have a nice big back garden for summer barbecues and winter fires, a veg patch, a garage for storing bikes and camping gear, big spacious kitchen-living area, a wood-burner, decent wifi and loads of other nice features. We have a good relationship with our Landlady. There's free street parking outside the house, with plenty of space.

There are 2 shared bathrooms, one with a lovely roll top bath and the other with a rain shower.

There has been an on going discussion around the possibility of a dog :)
