I'm looking for a considerate, tidy and professional or Mature student to join a large traditional non smoking house.

There is a lovely double room on the first floor furnished with double bed ( both king-size), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and have Internet coverage. Both with pleasant views out.

This is a really lovely, spacious, detached Edwardian House fully furnished in a sought after quiet neighbourhood
Apart from your bedroom there are two bathrooms with a toilet cloakroom on ground floor.
Also use of shared kitchen diner which is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
In the utility area there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge includes television and DVD also a real fire.
There is a large garden to the rear
I am very relaxed landlord and am planning to be away a lot of the time.

Carrington is a popular area and Sherwood is 5 mins walk with lots of local amenities and plenty of good quality places to eat out. Also excellent local pub.
The bus stops are a 2 min walk with direct frequent routes into the city center ( 10mins on bus)
