Large double room with private en-suite in the quiet countryside village of Cotgrave. The room comes with its own fridge and microwave, and you’ll also have shared access to the main kitchen. One off-road parking space is available.

The room is on the top floor of a three-storey townhouse, giving you a little more privacy and separation from the rest of the house. You’ll also have your own small study area on the second floor, ideal for working or studying from home.

You’ll be sharing the home with a couple and their 10-month-old baby.

Cotgrave has easy transport links into West Bridgford and Nottingham city centre. Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Heron Foods are all within walking distance, along with a couple of great local pubs, cafés and bars. Cotgrave Country Park is nearby and is a lovely place for walking, and Cotgrave Leisure Centre, with its swimming pool and gym, is also just a 5–10 minute walk away.

We’re looking for a quiet, considerate and preferably studious or professional person who is looking for a peaceful place to live. We’re a friendly household and would ideally like someone who is tidy, respectful and comfortable living in a calm family home.
