My name is James and I am looking to rent one room in my house - including council tax and all bills (including bi-weekly cleaner) in the rent

Room is generous size with newish furniture and carpets, in a large detached new build 4 bedroom house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Included in the rooms are high quality Sealy mattresses in as new condition, you also have large wardrobe and chest of drawers and a lock on the door for your own privacy.

The main bathroom will mainly be used with by just yourself and comes complete with large separate shower and bath. It is a pressurised system, so not combi-boiler freeze moments!

The kitchen will come with your own dedicated shared fridge-freezer, dishwasher as well as plenty of cupboard space (I don’t use much myself!) and plenty of kitchen utensils.
I have a utility room which comes with high end LG / Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer (won’t chew up clothes). There is also a rear enclosed private rear garden if you wish to sit outside.

If you need to work from home, there may be facility to loan out the upstairs office, but would need to discuss.

Locally there is a lovely open field with a Forrest and local small lake for you to walk around just across the path behind the house as well as an Asda one min drive up the road and a great local pub.

The house is kept at a constant 19c and includes weekly cleaner so that you won’t have to worry about too much about weekly cleans (just expect you to clean after yourself and your room).

I would consider myself down to earth with a good sense of humour, I work at home mostly, but also lead an active & healthy lifestyle.

Ideally looking for similar who enjoys a quiet life, but importantly they must be in secure permanent full time employment, trustworthy, clean, tidy and non-smoking.
